報(bào)告摘要：In recent years, various sensing technologies such as mobile phones, street scanning, stationary/portable sensors, and remote sensing have been used to understand our cities in an extreme high spatio-temporal resolution. The urban sensing technologies not only provide the new forms of data/smart data in our cities, but present challenges such as effectively analyzing underlying patterns and preventing the privacy disclosure. In this talk, I will introduce some of the recent research development in the UBDC Urban Sensing and Analytics research theme. It will include our recent work in Space EPC project to estimate building heat loss index, using mobile phone app data to explore travel patterns, traffic flow analysis in Glasgow, and electric vehicle behaviour and infrastructure analysis in the UK.
報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：趙群山(Qunshan ZHAO)，英國(guó)格拉斯哥大學(xué)城市分析教授，城市大數(shù)據(jù)中心副主任，博士生導(dǎo)師。美國(guó)亞利桑那州立大學(xué)地理信息科學(xué)博士。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)檫\(yùn)用地理信息科學(xué)，遙感技術(shù)，空間分析與建模，城市氣象學(xué)，傳感器/傳感網(wǎng)，數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)，人工智能以及運(yùn)籌學(xué)來(lái)理解和分析城市問(wèn)題。主持和參與的研究項(xiàng)目來(lái)自于英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)理事會(huì)基金，比爾梅琳達(dá)蓋茨基金會(huì)，歐空局，英國(guó)皇家學(xué)會(huì)，英國(guó)新聞?wù){(diào)查局，以及蘇格蘭研究基金會(huì)和格拉斯哥市政府等。目前擔(dān)任英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)理事會(huì)常聘基金項(xiàng)目和英國(guó)航天局評(píng)審專(zhuān)家和英國(guó)皇家地理學(xué)會(huì)定量方法研究組的常務(wù)理事。長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任英國(guó)，美國(guó)，法國(guó)基金項(xiàng)目的評(píng)審專(zhuān)家和多家國(guó)際著名期刊審稿人和客座編輯。在高質(zhì)量國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表SCI/SSCI學(xué)術(shù)論文四十余篇。近期多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文被國(guó)際知名媒體雜志(BBC, The Mirror, New Scientists)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)并報(bào)道。
